It means, "Seize the day"
Honestly, I thought that the phrase was pretty stupid.
We should plan for our future, ensuring that it would be as bright as possible.
Taking things day by day just seems a little too inappropriate, right?
But, something happened that proved to me otherwise.
We can`t honestly plan for true love and marriage right?
And we can`t even plan for our career, not in this economic crisis.
Taking things one day at a time would be a perfect way to clear our minds.
Get a new perspective of everything, like a fresh start.
We don`t know what is going to happen tomorrow.
We might not know if Death befalls on anyone of us or even the people closest to us.
They say, "You won`t know a good thing till its gone."
We only start to appreciate the littlest things in life only when we`re robbed out of one, yes?
Of course, there is a limit to how we`re going to enjoy before we aren`t able to.
But, you get the rough idea, right?
Reality would bite but let`s just live for the moment. (:
"Seize the day and place no trust in tomorrow"

Okay, pardon me.
Fasting month brought out all the questions within me.
Yay, breaking fast is in a few minutes.
Cheers!
